boulevard has managed to attract countless top-of-the-line fashion
designers such as Escada, quality art galleries and noteworthy dining
spots. Tucked between exclusive boutiques, you’ll also find some surprisingly
affordable treasures.
More than just a typical shopping mall, Westfield Shoppingtown Palm
Desert is home to major department stores, more than140 shops and
a feast-till-you-drop food court. Shuttle service in an electric bus
is available four days a week from area hotels.

an in-between-store meal. Every Thursday night from 6-10 p.m., Palm
Canyon Drive closes to traffic for Palm Springs VillageFest, a bustling
street fair featuring entertainers, arts, crafts, vendor carts and
a certified farmer’s market.
For the bargain hunter, there’s always one to be found at the College
of the Desert Street Fair in Palm Desert, which attracts thousands
of visitors and locals every Saturday and Sunday. Vendors in the
open-air market include crafts, antiques, new and used items and
